My husband and I just spent 5 weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. We went in the shoulder season and the weather was fantastic! Tracy from Vietnamland Travel helped booked are vacation from start to finish. All our transfers, hotels and some tours were booked. We started in Hanoi and ended in Ho Chi Min City. We did a three day trek to Sapa and it was a highlight, the weather was beautiful and the treking was amazing, homestays were beautiful. We then made our way to Halong Bay, Do not do a one day cruise, spend the money, choose a good ship and do the two night cruise, the second day was amazing! Tracy organized all our transfers, our flights , and most hotels! Everything was on time and all drivers and guides were excellent and punctual! Cambodia was amazing and our trip to Siem Reap and Ankor Wat was amazing! We hired a Turk tuck driver for two days and he took us throughout the park, it was a highl for us! Tracy was great and we would definitely recommend him to help make your Vietnam/ Cambodia trip stress free and a great once in a lifetime trip

Thank you to Ms Tracy our travel consultant for organising our 2 day 1 night tour to Hue. The driver (Tuan) was very safe and competent and we felt safe all the time despite Hoi Van pass being fogged in. Our guide Mr Nhat spoke good English and was a font of knowledge about Vietnamese culture and history. The sites we visited were were spectacular to say the least, nothing was to much for him to explain or make clear. The imperial citadel was magnificent. The hotel chosen for our overnight stay was the best we have stayed in so far comfy beds and great showers on site restaurant and breakfast were equally good. I can't recommend Vietnamland travel Vietnam enough a great company to do business with.

We booked a tour with Angela from Vietnamland Travel, and although a little skeptical, went ahead and paid in full for our tour of the Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills in Da Nang (cruise ship didn’t have a tour to here). 2 days before we docked, we met a couple who was interested in the same trip, so contacted Angela and she made the arrangements no problem. The other great thing is they were able to customize our time, so we didn’t get back to the ship too close to all aboard time. Everyone knows the feeling when time is getting short and you’re not even close to getting back…..never felt that way the whole day! The actual tour was flawless to say the least. Our guide Oanh was truly the most helpful and actually accompanied us everywhere we went and got the tickets and guided us through the areas. This saved us a lot not time to explore at our own pace, and this is what made the tour really enjoyable. Definitely book with this company with confidence and don’t worry about pre-paying like I did, especially when they provide a convenient link with the correct amounts. Also, please ask for Oanh (pronounced Juan)…you cannot go wrong with him!

Our family of 5 ppl (a senior,2 adults and 2 teens) had a wonderful time with Vietnamland Vietnam travel! And a company can only be amazing if their team of people are. From the get-go,the communications and planning with Ms Angela was easy,and she was very responsive. We took the 5 day Danang,Hue and Hoi An tour and were met by our guide Mr. Oanh,and driver,Mr Cuong at the airport. The trip was smooth and safe thanks to our driver,Mr Cuong who is a really lovely man. Our guide,Mr Oanh was helpful, very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited and took extra care to ensure my 75 year old mum was attended to, given her age. He is also a great photographer and was always on the lookout for the best shots to capture our memories for us. He took the time to ensure we always had fun,and organised personal touches throughout the Hoi An night market trip which shows that he really cares. The hotels and food we had was also fantastic and everyone had a great time!! I cannot emphasize enough how much our family enjoyed the trip with Mr Oanh and his team,and highly recommend Vietnamland Vietnam for your trip to Vietnam! I cannot say enough positives about Vietnamland Travel! We visited Vietnam in December/January 2023 and had an amazing trip with our 3 teens. The itinerary exceeded our expectations! We travelled to Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, and Nha Trang. We had no issues with any of our transportation around the country - our drivers and guides were always there on time (early, actually), friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent and our guides were fantastic (Tanh, Tanh, and Viet - they were awesome!). Every place we stayed put our rooms right next to each other, often adjoining, and the kids’ room always had two twin beds and a cot, while my husband and I had a king bed. This was perfect as our teenagers did not want to share beds, lol! The activities were super fun and appealed to all of us. So many highlights - the kids loved the rice farm tour (riding the water Buffalo elicited the biggest smile we’ve ever seen from our 16 year old!), seeing the caves in Ninh Binh, the cooking class in Hoi An, and Ha Long Bay. I really appreciated that some of our itinerary was focused on less crowded activities - a couple of the temples we saw were practically empty, allowing us to enjoy and experience these beautiful sites on our own. We did a couple of bike rides which were also highlights, such a great way to explore and see the area! Tracy was available and responsive while planning the trip and while we were there. I agree with others reviews about whether she ever sleeps! She was able to coordinate our luggage getting dropped off as it did not arrive with us, and contacted one of the hotels about a ring that had been left, and arranged for us to pick it up. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. We truly had a relaxing and stress free trip because of the excellent customer service from Tracy and our guides. With only having 12 days to visit we were so grateful to be able to enjoy the travel and know that Tracy and her team were there if and when needed. I highly recommend using this company, you will not regret it! Now I am dreaming of how quickly we can make it back!! Thank you thank you to Tracy and the team, our trip was unforgettable!

We did a trip in Vietnam and becouse we are over 60 yers old to be eficient we decided to organise the trips we had to do in Vietnam with a local agency from Vietnam. We visited Hanoi, Tam Coc, Ha Long Bay,Da Nang ( Hoi An, My Son Sanctuary… ) Vietnamland Travel is the perfect agency. The organisation and planing of the trips where perfect. The cars very clean and confortable, the drivers polite and friendly. We had very good guides ( Cường in Hanoi and Tam Coc and Tran Thanh Binh in Saigon,the guide in Da Nang) they where very good qualified for this activity. The guides planned very good the details of the trips and they gave us very good informations about the visited places. The selection of the hotels, the restaurants and for the boat in Ha Long bay ( Peony 1) was also perfect made by Vietnamland Travel. We recommend this agency and this guides.

This bespoke tour - our first visit to Vietnam - arranged by Tracy in consultation with ourselves included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and Pho Quoc. The trip was was really excellent, interesting and the organisation including selection of hotels, drivers meeting us off planes, car journeys and many other details were faultless. Our guides in Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An and HCMC were all knowledgeable and energetic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, had great confidence in Vietnamland Travel and Tracy (who came to meet us in our first hotel). I would highly recommend Vietnamland Travel and Tracy to anyone. She could not have been more helpful.

Tracy put together a great experience for us in 1919 and we called on her to do the same this year. With all the challenges of the newly opened venues after years of COVID and a new venue for Vietnamland Travel, Tracy once again gave us an exceptionally personal day in Bali. The educational content and quality of guides has always been consistently top notch with Tracy, but her tireless, personal service in working with us will bring us back many times. Her phone call while we were on the tour to confirm everything went well typifies the degree of service provided.

When I first started to research our trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos I went onto TripAdvisor, where I came across rave reviews for Tracy and Vietnamland Travel Tracy was extremely easy to work with and was quite patient as we changed up our itinerary a number of times. She put together an amazing trip for our three-week visit to S.E. Asia. We chose to book into four-star hotels and every time we arrived at a new hotel we'd say, "OMG, Tracy did it again!" Each place was better than the next. Tracy was in touch via WhatsApp the whole time. She was checking us in for our internal flights, having boarding passes printed out and given to us by the hotel staff, and even reminded us to get off the train at a particular stop. You wouldn't think you'd need reminding, but we were so relaxed that we may have missed our stop. Tracy came by to introduce herself to us in Hanoi. Our first question was, "What other countries do you cover as we'd like to have you by our side for our next trip!" Don't hesitate to use this agency. They are five-star all the way.

My husband and I wanted to see a lot with support but not be part of a group tour. Vietnamland Travel, I worked with Tracy who was great, was amazing. From the itinerary to the detailed transfers and amazing guides who shared history, provided context, and connected us to the culture. We spent a week in Laos and two in Vietnam. We had guides around the cities but also some free days. They connected us to cooking classes in both countries and it was so fun! Not to mention the boat trip in Ha Long Bay and multiple boat rides on the Mekong and Perfume rivers. I can’t rave enough about our trip and highly suggest working with Vietnamland Travel!!
